Pet Policy

  • We accept dogs and cats.
  • The maximum number of pets is two.
  • No aggressive breeds of dogs are permitted.
  • The pet deposit is $250 and is refundable.
  • Pet rent is $30 per pet per month.
  • The pet fee is $450 and is not refundable.
